The 3SAE Fiber Optic Thermal Stripper is a compact, easy-to-use unit designed to thermo-mechanically remove coatings from optical fibers. The Thermal Fiber Stripper High Strength (TS-HS) supports standard 125 μm optical fibers with 250 μm, 400 μm, and 900 μm coatings. Adjustable temperature and time settings allow it to handle a wide range of coating types. Its precision, self-centering blade design delivers high-strength stripping performance unmatched by traditional flat-blade strippers.
This tool is configurable with 3SAE, FITEL, and Fujikura fiber holders. Using holders ensures a consistent, repeatable handling process across strip, clean, cleave, and splice equipment, supporting high-strength fusion splicing and improving overall yield.
