At the core of the TFOCA-II® family is the sealed, free-floating termini, which allows axial and orbital movement during mating to minimize insertion loss and back reflection while maintaining a robust seal against moisture and humidity.

Chosen by the U.S. Army WIN-T program as the standard “next-generation” fiber optic connector for tactical networks, the TFOCA-II® has also become the baseline for DSCC’s MIL-DTL-83526/16 and /17 connector specifications.
