Coventry™ Sealed Polyester Swabs are high-performance cleanroom swabs designed with a proprietary process that forms and welds the swab head without adhesives or binders. This eliminates contamination risks and ensures exceptional cleanliness for critical environments.
Available with either knit or nonwoven polyester fabric heads, these swabs are acid- and solvent-resistant. Sealed edges deliver maximum strength with no loose fibers or particulates. The ultra-strong seam won’t split, making them ideal for tough scrubbing around raised or uneven surfaces.
Processed in a Class 10 (ISO Class 4) cleanroom, Coventry™ sealed polyester swabs offer low levels of ionic contamination, nonvolatile residue, and particles.
