Dymax ACCU-CAL™ 160 UV Radiometer for Measuring UV Curing Flood Lamps and Conveyors

41590

Dymax Accu-Cal-160 UVA radiometer, puck style
The Dymax ACCU-CAL™ 160 UV Light Radiometer makes process control for UV curing easy. It measures up to 10 W/cm² from stationary flood lamps or conveyor-mounted systems and quantifies both intensity (in mW/cm²) and total energy (in mJ/cm²) calculated from intensity and exposure time.

By providing consistent, traceable measurements, the UV radiometer keeps your UV curing system within qualified parameters. As UV bulbs degrade over time, it helps you know when to replace them, just like a thermometer does for thermal environments.

The ACCU-CAL™ 160 also measures light transmission through substrates that absorb specific wavelengths. This ensures enough energy reaches the curing site, which is critical for reliable bonding and coating performance.

Features:

  • Can be used with all Dymax UV spot and UV flood systems
  • Measures UV up to 10 W/cm²
  • Longer calibration cycle (12 months instead of 6), easier-to-use set-up screen, & graphical display that is clearer and easier to read, when compared to the ACCU-CAL™ 150 radiometer
  • Can be controlled manually via four buttons on the faceplate or by a USB remote interface
  • Measurement results are displayed on the integrated LCD or transmitted by the USB remote interface to a computer
  • Data download kit included with each radiometer at no charge and downloads easily into Microsoft Excel
  • Puck-style configuration is ideal for use in conveyor and flood chamber epoxy curing system applications
