The US Conec IBC™ Brand 17669 Multi-Fiber Cleaning Tool is engineered for reliable cleaning of MTP®-16 and TIA-604-5 compliant MPO connectors. It effectively cleans connectors installed in bulkhead adapters, on card edges, backplanes, or as unmated cable assemblies using the included alignment cap.

Designed for use with both male (with guide pins) and female (no pins) MT-style connectors, this fiber cleaner supports over 525 cleaning cycles per unit. It cleans flat and angled MT-16™ ferrules, and features an anti-static, non-fraying cloth to maintain end-face cleanliness and reduce particle attraction.

The keyed cleaning nozzle, designed by US Conec, ensures precise alignment with the fiber array. All IBC™ multi-fiber cleaners are RoHS compliant and operate with a simple push-to-clean action.
