Jonard Buffer Tube Ringing Tool for up to 6mm Diameters
The Jonard Tools® BTR-6 Buffer Tube Ring Tool provides quick access to fibers inside buffer tubes from 1.2 mm to 6 mm (0.047"–0.236") in diameter and works with buffer tubes with wall thicknesses from 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm (0.008"–0.020"). The tool is light and durable, featuring a hardened steel blade for long life and includes a hole for tethering.
Features:
- Simply use by squeezing the handles to open the jaws, insert the buffer tube, release the handles, and rotate the fiber optix tool.
- Provides quick access to optical fibers inside buffer tubes (1.2mm-6mm / 0.047"–0.236" in diameter) and works on buffer tubes with wall thicknesses (0.2mm-0.5mm / 0.008"–0.020").
- Factory-fixed hardened steel blade ensures precise, nick-free jacket entry.
- Weighing only 0.53 oz and measuring 3.75” × 1.94” × 0.375”, with an included tethering hole, this tool is perfect for on-the-go use.
