Jonard Tools® MS-526 Mid-Span Cable Jacket Slitter & Ring Tool (9.8mm-18.2mm)

The Jonard Tools^® MS-526 Fiber Optic Mid Span Slit and Ring Tool provides easy access to optical fibers in Corning Altos^® loose tube cables with binderless FastAccess^® technology and other similar thin-walled jackets ranging from 9.8–18.2 mm (0.386–0.716 in) in diameter.

• Four cable groove sizes:
  • 9.8–10.2 mm (0.386–0.402 in)
  • 11.8–12.2 mm (0.465–0.480 in)
  • 15.4–15.8 mm (0.606–0.622 in)
  • 17.8–18.2 mm (0.701–0.717 in)
• 4 slitting (longitudinal) grooves and 4 ring (radial) grooves
• One side performs radial/ring cuts; the other side slits the cable longitudinally
• Compact design weighing less than 0.61 lb (277 g) with included tethering hole, perfect for tight spaces or on the go use
• Blade position indicator line marker ensures accurate slitting and ringing.
