Transcript:
The BlueWave FX-1250 is a high-intensity flood curing system that delivers true higher radiance LED light for greater speed, depth and fullness of cure. It achieves intensities of over two watts per centimeter squared and features great uniformity in a superior 5-inch by 5-inch cure area. The system is comprised of a controller in up to two LED emitters. The enhanced controller features an extensive seven inch touchscreen with an intuitive, easy-to-use interface. Operation of the controller can be done through the touchscreen or activated, controlled and remotely monitored by PLC. Users can monitor the health of the system through the controller and store up to 16 programs and parameters for repeatable processes. A single controller can operate one or two emitters, allowing users to increase the cure area or to use multiple wavelengths to extend application flexibility.
Emitters are available in three wavelengths 365, 385 and 405 nanometers. The BlueWave FX-1250 can be coupled with a full suite of accessories and used as a benchtop system or be integrated into conveyors and larger machines for maximum setup flexibility. If you're searching for a light-cure solution that enables faster processing and more throughput, look no further. The system's combination of great uniformity, high intensity and large curing area give the BlueWave FX-1250 the best irradiance of in class flood carrying systems on the market today.
