The KN-2000INS is a cable sheathing knife and is perfect for removing outer jackets of multi-bundled cables also can be used on multi-ducts where you need to remove the outer sheath to access one of the inner ducts. The tool features the following: protective cap covering the blade, the blade has two ends that are sharpened the front end here for pushing the knife through a jacket or a multi-duct sheath. Curved part here for various cutting applications.
Notice that the knife has a small shoe on the bottom here to help guide the blade and keep the blade from pulling out of the jacket or sheath as you're cutting it. Has a dual-component handle. The tool complies with EN60900 and VDE0682-201 and is rated to 1,000 volts live use. The tool features a hole in the back here for tethering applications. The blade is 1 and 1/2 in long and the total tool length is 8 1/2 in.
