Today we’ll show you the Miller MB02 to all-purpose cable splitter. The Miller MB02 is designed to slit and ring cable jackets up to 15.25 millimeters in diameter. Tools are easy to operate repeatable and fast. Simply squeeze the cable guides around the cable for a longitudinal and ring cut using a precise damage-free cut. The unique modular design utilizes cable guides. They accurately configure the tool for your depth and diameter application, no blade height adjustment is required. The patent-pending design utilizes precision-molded cable guides, creating a very accurate blade exposure and also create a unique ring and longitudinal channel within the same guide. Modular action is magnetic making it quick and easy to perform change out of the cable guides. The cable guides come in pairs and are completely symmetrical and interchangeable. They have identifying text and color codes for your application. The tool features 2 factory-set non-adjustable hardened tool steel blades, the blades are precision ground and ruggedized to allow extra long life. The blades are also replaceable and require no adjustments. Spring-loaded chassis allows you to quickly switch between operations. The dual cutting action only requires a half a revolution on the ring cut and precise dual longitudinal slitting action makes for quick action to break into any cable. There are also custom solutions and general market cable guides. Refer to our website for more information for the cable applications and the various kits that we’re offering. When finished use a storage latch to keep the tool closed in the pouch.
