The Domaille Engineering PFH-DCX_xxx-48 AbraSave® Dual Cam-Lock Polishing Fixture works with fiber optic polishing machines to securely hold ferrules for polishing. It is available in multiple configurations to support various MIL-SPEC connectors, as well as SMPTE, ARINC, and TFOCA connectors used in broadcast and aerospace applications. This fixture features a 48-port capacity with a single-hole design for polishing one ferrule diameter per session.
With AbraSave® fixtures and Unique Path Technology, each fiber follows its own designated path on the lapping film, reducing polishing time by up to 50% and extending the lifespan of lapping films by up to 90%. This ensures consistent polishing, minimizes height variations and improves yield.
