EPO-TEK® 301 Spectrally Transparent Epoxy, Room Temperature Cure (8oz)

The EPO-TEK® 301 Low Viscosity Epoxy is a two component, room temperature curing epoxy featuring very low viscosity, and excellent optical-mechanical properties. Suitable for semiconductor, fiber optic, PCB and opto-electronic applications.

• NASA approved, low outgassing epoxy
• Recommended Cure: 65°C / 2 Hours

• Viscosity (23°C): 100 - 200 cPs
• Glass Transition Temperature, Tg: ≥ 65°C (degree Celsius); ≥ 149°F (degree Fahrenheit)
• Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE):
  • Below Tg: 39 x 10^-6 in/in°C
  • Above Tg: 98 x 10^-6 in/in°C
• Shore D Hardness: 85
• Suggested Operating Temperature: < 300 °C (Intermittent); < 572°F
