Seikoh Giken SFPS-V1 Automated Fiber Optic Polishing System

The Seikoh Giken SFPS-V1 Automated Fiber Polishing System automates every step of the fiber optic polishing process, from transferring polishing pads to cleaning ferrule endfaces after polishing. The SFPS-V1 supports single-fiber connectors, and a multi-fiber model is currently in development.

Seikoh has also released the SFP-560A3C-FA factory automation polishing machine, which is mounted on this automated polishing system as a stand-alone product. It features external communication capabilities, an auto-clamping function, and a turntable origin return function to support seamless integration into automated production lines. The polishing machine is shipped with all necessary communication data, allowing customers to integrate it into their own independently developed polishing systems.
